Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- The item must not be opened or damaged
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Items on sale or discounted are non-returnable
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- COD orders refunded via bank transfer only
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare or makeup products
- Lip products, mascaras, and eye products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the item and packaging via WhatsApp or email
- We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

- Our team will confirm your return request
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our address
- Share the tracking number with us
- Refund will be processed after item inspection
